Work for us

Company description

Vigilant Software aims to create and deliver superior cyber security risk and compliance management software, making it the premier risk management brand within the international information security management arena. Vigilant Software is the wholly owned subsidiary of IT Governance Ltd. It is the leading developer of vsRisk, the definitive information security risk assessment software tool. Our headquarters are based in Ely, but we have a global reach thanks to our international and multi-channel e-commerce operations. Our aim is to be leaders in what we do; we value commitment, encourage creativity and reward achievement.

Why work for us?

We're just getting started

Vigilant Software has been going for a while now but we're just getting started on our global growth plan. We have the agility of a start-up without the risk, thanks to the backing of our successful and profitable parent company, IT Governance Ltd. We're a small company with massive opportunities.

Make an impact

We're looking for smart people who want to make a positive impact on the way we do business. Smart people don't need to be spoon-fed, or encouraged to take responsibility: smart people make the effort to understand our customers and advocate for them.

We trust our employees to work together to make software that makes our customers happy. That's it.

Our employees are all talented technologists, backed by the in-depth cyber and information security knowledge only IT Governance can supply. By learning from each other, we aim to continually improve our collective expertise to solve hard problems.

We're at the cutting edge of the governance, risk management and compliance space, and we're aiming to transform the marketplace with your help and innovation.

Work anywhere

As a predominantly distributed organisation, we're used to people working from wherever they're most effective. Some of our roles need to be accessible to Ely but, for the most part, as long as your English is fluent and your working hours overlap with the UK's, we're happy to hear from you.
